About QUOTEWARS by BuildBid
QUOTEWARS by BuildBid is being developed for homeowners, property managers, and contractors in San Diego County. The planned marketplace will help homeowners review renovation and repair estimates, then invite contractors they choose to prepare a bid.
Estimate uploads and reviews, contractor profiles and verification, invitations, bid comparison, and messaging are not available yet. The current site supports account registration; it does not yet accept projects or verify contractor credentials.
Any future AI-assisted review is intended to support homeowner judgment. QUOTEWARS will not invent local market prices or guarantee savings.
A homeowner-led process is in the works.
Create an account through the existing registration flow. Estimate uploads are not available yet.
